How to find an activity you're unable to see in the platform

Looking for a change you've made and can't find it?

There are a few ways to troubleshoot this:

  1. Check your timeframe filter. Was the campaign or channel you're looking for active in the timeframe you're looking at? If not, try filtering to a timeframe the entity was live.
  2. Check the Suggested Activities filter. Try disabling it in case you're not seeing the activity you'd like to measure.
  3. For channels that are authenticated with us, we'll pull the changes you've actively done for spends on this platform. Those will be indicated in their flags as "API" in their origin.


    If the entity you're looking for is authenticated with us, and no active change was made to its spend, there will be no activity flag on this entity.
  4. If you're missing an activity flag, knowing you've actively made a change, contact your CSM for further investigation on this.
