I can't find an activity I want to measure. What to do?

This article explains how to find activities you wish to measure, and possible solutions.

Looking for a change in spend to measure on the board, but can't find it?

Don't worry! This article will help you with some useful tricks that will help you find the activity you're looking for.

Is the Suggested Activities on?

The Suggested Activities filter's purpose is to "bring up" the most significant changes in spend, based on the applied filters. Sometimes, it might "remove" some of the activities, as they're not significant changes to spends.

Disabling this will show all activities, based on your current filtering.

For the sake of demonstration, here's the difference between enabling and disabling this filter:

And here it is without:

Are any filters currently enabled?

The correct time period is key to review the changes in spend you're looking for. Use the time period filter to make sure you're seeing the relevant time period:

Check and make sure other filters in the filters' row aren't applied by mistake.

Have you actively made a change in spend in the network you're looking at?

Remember that from authenticated networks, we will only take changes in spend that appear in the network's changelog (i.e. changes actively made by a user, and not changes in spend made by the network's algorithm).

If you hadn't made an active change to your spend, it won't be listed in the changelog, hence, not pulled by us.

We're always excited to learn more about automated changes in spend, such as the automated seasonal adjustments in Google, bidding portfolios, and so on. Reach out to us in case you're looking for an automated change that was done, but was defined by you.

Does your entity have spends on the board?

Maybe this is a data issue. In case you're unable to see any spends associated with the entity you're trying to measure - Check if the integrated data source for this entity includes spends for the time period you're looking at.

If so - Please raise this to us to review,

If there are no spends indicated in the integrated source - it will not be possible for us to indicate or measure the changes in spend. If there's another source we should be taking spends from that are missing, please raise this to us by opening a support ticket.

None of the above?

Reach out to us - We're sure we'll be able to find it!
