This article explains why the revenue metric might appear empty, in accounts that utilize cohorts in their data.
Have you just logged in for the first time to the dashboard?
Great! Welcome aboard. You must have some questions on the data you're seeing.
We've broken down the FAQ we get from new customers on different features on the platform, to make sure they're all answered early on - Even before the official onboarding call with the team.
In this article, we'll explain how to review your cohorted metrics in the platform, and why some appear as 0.
In this account, we see we have cohorted revenue to days 0,7,30 and 90, by clicking the drop down of metrics on the right side of the dashboard:
If we were to select the "Revenue" KPI (which isn't cohorted), we won't be able to see any data within it, as this metric is used for "total revenue", in case available in an account:
No need to be alarmed! You can review the cohorted data within your account by selecting the relevant metric in the drop down.
Same principle applies also for your revenue indication or engagement metric, should those be cohorted.
