This article explains how to understand the Performance Map's functionalities, and how to gain further insights about your marketing performance
The Performance map (Main Dashboard) is based on our Explorer product, and it consists of a high-level overview of all your channels, countries and platforms, from a contribution and marginal points of view.
This dashboard is relevant for a quick read to your current market performance. You can use it by identifying top performers compared to spend level.
Main Dashboard is divided in four different parts:
- Filters
- Incrementality Summary (Spend and KPIs levels)
- Performance Map
- KPI-based performance insights
Filters view
The top filters row will be used to filter the data you’re seeing based on your interest.
Click on “+” icon to add more filters
Incrementality summary
Gives you an overview of your:
- Spend levels
- Side by Side view of the Contribution and Marginal values per KPIs ingested to the platform.
You can add Target Goals to see quick insights into where are you're standing performance-wise in relation to your target goals. You can read how to add goals here.
Performance Map
The Performance app allows you to assess the performance of your Channels/Countries/Platforms total contribution across your KPIs, based on the applied filters on the board.
- X axis represents the “% of Spend from Total”
- Y axis represents the “Cost per selected KPI”
- You can switch between the KPIs by clicking on “Data” button
- You can select the Channel/Country or Channel granularity
- In this example we see that Google Ads Channel has the highest Spend among other channels, and slightly above average Cost per Sign Up. Cost per Sign up for Google ads was increased by 15% in comparison to the previous data period
- Snapchat has lowest spend and lowest Cost per Sign up
KPI-based performance insights
- In the KPIs based Internal Insights you can see the Overall Contribution vs Marginal values per Country and Platform
- You can select different cohort from the drop-down menu
