This article explains why the conversions seen in the main dashboard, appear as 0
Have you just logged in for the first time to the dashboard?
Great! Welcome aboard. You must have some questions on the data you're seeing.
We've broken down the FAQ we get from new customers on different features on the platform, to make sure they're all answered early on - Even before the official onboarding call with the team.
Why is my data all organic? Why do my "conversions" show as 0?
In the main dashboard, we're able to present both the organic and the paid KPIs you're passing to us, based on the breakdown in the data.
A quick reminder: Our platform is able to work with both attributed and un-attributed data, as long as the total number of each KPI is provided to us, per country, date, and OS.
Depending on the data that's passed to us, we can present both the paid conversions, as well as the organic ones.
Below is an example of an account with attributed data, where on each day we can differentiate between the organic and the paid installs:
In cases where the data we receive in unattributed (i.e. KPIs are not divided per channel), we will allocate all KPIs as "organic". This represent the total amount of installs, sales, etc. on each day. As we are unable to differentiate between organic and paid through the integrated data, all data will appear as "organic".
