This article explains how to integrate your Facebook / Instagram account, allowing the INCRMNTAL platform to read any marketing activities performed in your account.
Accurate tracking of marketing activities is essential for INCRMNTAL to deliver continuous, uninterrupted, and precise incrementality measurement—without requiring any additional effort on your part. Our platform identifies marketing activities based on variations in conversion and cost data, and also provides the option to manually log activities as needed.

This article explains how to integrate your Facebook account, allowing the INCRMNTAL platform to read any marketing activities performed in your account.
- Navigate to Configuration > Integrations in your INCRMNTAL dashboard
- Click "Add Integration" on the right side.
- Click the Facebook icon by searching it in the search row. Click "Add".
- Enable the 'Activities' box. If you wish for us to pull the spends directly from this network, please enable the 'Reporting' as well.
- Click the "Authentication" drop down. Click "New Authentication"

Tip: You can also name your authentication in any name you like, under 'Adapter name'. You can also leave this blank.
5. In the Facebook Authentication screen, Choose the Account you would like to grant access from
6. Click “Done”
7. Enable the relevant ad accounts from the dropdown.
8. You can also click "Preview" to see all campaigns within the selected ad account. This also confirms the authentication is working properly.
Re-authenticating Facebook
As a part of Facebook's policy, all authentications are revoked every 60 days, therefore need to be renewed in order for us to fetch the changes in spend in this platform's campaigns.
Here's how this can be done:
- Go to the Configurations > Integrations screen
- Search for Facebook in the "My Integration" screen
- Click the three dots on the bottom right of the square
- Click "Re-authenticate"
If you wish to replace an authenticated account, remove the existing authentication before connecting a new account to the board.
