Added more channels historically? Updated your KPIs? Find out whether your data updates will be automatically processed or if a full re-integration is required.
You may need to update historical data if you forgot to include offline spend, adjusted KPI calculations, or experienced fluctuations in reported spending over the past 40 days. While our platform automatically updates some of these changes, others may require a full re-run of the data and modeling process.
Automated data Update by INCRMNTAL
INCRMNTAL Analyst
INCRMNTAL automatically updates the data on its Analyst Dashboard each night, covering the last 30 days. This ensures that any missed KPI entries or changes in spending levels from the past month are seamlessly incorporated during the nightly refresh.
INCRMNTAL EXPLORER
INCRMNTAL Explorer processes extensive models on your data and updates twice a week, on Sundays and Wednesdays, covering a period of the last 17 days. If the new data was provided for more than 17 days back, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to request a manual re-run of the models.
What is Considered a Full Re-Integration and when is it needed?
A full re-integration occurs when we need to process historical data retroactively (beyond 30 days) or completely re-run an integration due to significant data changes. This includes cases such as:
- Re-integrating data older than 30 days.
- Re-running the entire integration with updated figures if previously provided data was incorrect.
- Adding new KPIs that were not part of the original integration.
Since this process requires significant resources, a re-integration typically incurs a one-time fee.
What is NOT Considered a Re-Integration?
Some changes do not require a full re-integration and can be handled automatically or through minor updates. These include:
- Adding new data sources within the past 30 days.
- Example: If you started campaigns with a new DSP in recent weeks and want to include them, this is not a re-integration.
- Data corrections managed by our daily overwrite process.
- Example: If your influencer spend was initially reported as $10,000 but should have been $15,000, our platform will automatically update this.
